Theme Park
Arriving
at the red carpet entrance, guests will be greeted
by members of Universal Studios Entertainment. The
Universal Studios’ five piece “All Star
Hollywood Band,” disc jockey, strolling magician,
caricaturist, face painter, and balloon artist will
be found as you make your way throughout the theme park.
Guests will experience such unique and groundbreaking

newest attraction! You will also experience
the world-renowned behind-the-scenes Studio

Universal
Studios Hollywood is the only movie and television-based
theme park to offer guests the authenticity of a working
movie studio. Within its gates, the rich heritage
of movies past and all the stars and excitement of
today’s
Hollywood truly comes alive.
Universal
Studios is a one square mile island of unincorporated
Los Angeles County, surrounded by the City of Los
Angeles. It contains an entertainment park (Universal
Studios-Hollywood), a complete motion picture and
television studio, a six thousand five hundred seat
Amphitheater (Universal Amphitheater), an eighteen-screen
cinema (Universal Studios Cinemas), and a large restaurant
and shopping district (CityWalk). The average daily
population is approximately fifty thousand. The Los
Angeles County Sheriff’s Department
provides law enforcement services to Universal Studios
from a substation located within CityWalk.
